Service Description
Enrol your child in Hart Gymnastics' after-school classes at Fleet Infant School! ( For years 1 -2 only ) Your child will learn balance, coordination, and strength in a fun and supportive environment. Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity for your child to get active and have fun after school! Class Day: Tuesday Class Time: 3.15-4.15pm Your promptness at the end of each lesson would be appreciated. First Lesson of term: 14/01/2025 Last Lesson of term: 01/04/2025 Excluding the following dates: Half term, 25/2/25 & 18/3/25 Please complete the school gymnastics information form at booking fully and correctly. We require this form to be completed so that we have full contact and medical details. Failure to complete the registration form in full and with all relevant information may result in your child not being able to participate or space being revoked. Places are limited and are offered on a first come first served. No refunds will be given once the course has started, Children should wear PE kit or sports appropriate clothing to this session with hair tied back and no jewellery. Children do not require snacks, snack break will not be given as part of this session. Please note if your child is collected late at the end of the session on more than 2 occasions, your space on the course will be revoked.

Payment Guide Please be patient at checkout as this may take a while to load. If it does not load, please try the following trouble shooting processes: *Clear your devices caches *Try another payment card Once payment is made and processed your child will be allocated a space. Attire Children will need to wear their PE kits or sports specific clothing along with a drink and hair tied up. No jeans, skirts or dresses. Children will not require a snack as no snack breaks will be given in this session. Other information *Coaches will collect/drop the child of from the classroom. *No refunds will be given once the course has started, *Please note if your child is collected late at the end of the session on more than 2 occasions, your space on the course will be revoked. * In the event of a cancelled a session we will endeavour to provide an additional date for the session " A make up session " if your child is unable to make this date no refunds will be given. If we are unable to make up the session we will offer a voucher for the session to be redeemed the next term. In the event of uncontrollable circumstance for example but no limited to extreme weather conditions no refunds or vouchers will be offered unless more than 2 sessions are cancelled. If the school cancel our session we are not liable. All dates are confirmed with the school prior to advertising, please address the school on this occasion.
